This event will introduce you to the challenges in the workplace of those seeking to be at their best with neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity awareness in the workplace is on the increase, whether it is to identify the challenges or promote the talents – this is certainly a hot topic along with Mental Health.

There will be case studies and discussion opportunities together with practical tips to take away.  Cheryl has personal stories to share and client revelations which may take some of you slightly be surprise.

The key learning outcomes from this event will be:

  • An awareness of the challenges and talents of Neurodiversity in the Workplace
  • Identification of how coaching can support those with Neurodiversity to work at their best

Cheryl Winter is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has a career spanning over 25 years in training and coaching.  From Training Manager at both the old Leeds Permanent and Abbey National she has also coached in many blue chip organisations. She has worked with neurodiversity since 2011 and held the post of Director of a social enterprise based in the South for 4 years before returning to self employment.
