This event will explore what working in a Co-Active® way means and will open up conversation around it, with reference to the Co-Active® Model.

Wayne and Bryony will share the Co-Active® model and what the basis of the methodology is behind it.  The focus will be on working with clients around their ‘being’ and their ‘doing’ as well as the use of embodiment in Co-Active® coaching.  There will also be space for open discussion.

The learning outcome for participants will be to:

• Gain an overview of CTI’s Co-Active® Coaching model;
• Discuss the importance of working with clients around ‘being’ and ‘doing’;
• Discuss the value of bringing embodiment into our coaching.

Wayne Cullen has an extensive career in the higher education sector.  He has worked in commercially focused and student service areas of both Universities and Students’ Unions.  He trained as a coach through CTI and is a member of the ICF.  He specialises in working with creative and passionate individuals who want to make a difference.  Being of service and supporting individuals to learn and grow has always been important to him.

Bryony Rowntree’s background is psychology and dance.  She has worked within the care industry and education, with people from birth through to the end of life.  She is a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach and has her accreditation through the ICF.  She works mainly with women, helping them to come back to themselves – as her strap line says: Root Deep.  Stand Strong.  Branch Out. – through one to one coaching and workshops.  She is also trained in the Art of Hosting and works collaboratively with other practitioners, Hosting for groups who want to have rich conversations and harvest the collective wisdom.  Getting out of the thinking brain and tapping into our deeper intelligence is hugely important to her, as is playfulness in life!
