Our first community coaching programme began in 2015. Available to people working in and for local communities, it provided up to eight hours coaching time. Clients identified between one and five objectives which they rated (0-10 scale) to indicate the extent to which the objective was being met. These were re-rated at the end of coaching. Across the programme, clients reported an improvement in their initial assessment of between three and four points. Nearly nine out of 10 clients said they were happy with the coaching experience.
